Bad services

I did ordered food for my family and the meat and chips was burned not juicy, buns was cold as if it was just taken off the freezer I have pictures of that for whoever will like to see my kids didn't even eat at all, called the manager and he was so rude and dropped the phone and when I call again they didn't bother to answer the call.
