Bad Service & wrong order (Mochachos Kolonade and Ubereats)

I order food from Mochachos Kolonade via Ubereats with estimated delivery time of 19:15. Got a message from Uber drive that the store is stuck, I called him and he gave the phone to someone who asked which was my order and I gave them #3040F and they said they will send the Uber driver . I got the food and it's a wrong ordered and no one is assisting between Ubereats or Mochachos
