Bad service turned into awesome one

I just experienced a very awesome service from Jabulane Mochacho's manager, they missed my oder but he made sure it was delivered to me on time, I was not happy but he turned a bad experience into a good one. We need managers like him in our restaurants. Keep up the good work Mr Jabulane centurion mochachos.
