Bad service / Rude Staff / Wrong Orders - Mochachos Kelvin

<p>We placed an order at Mochachos kelvin and asked the store to deliver at 12:45. We only received the order at 13:30. Not only was the order late, but the order was wrong. When the delivery man was conforonted about the order being wrong he said that he will ask the store to phone us. (Never happened). We have tried phoning the store a number of times, but the number just keeps on ringing. We also phoned headoffice and spoke to Alexiae (at service desk) that doesn't want to give us a number of the owner. The service that we received is unacceptable! we will not buy food from Mochachos Kelvin again!</p>
