Bad service received as a result of incorrect order provided to me as a paying customer

I visited Mochachos Pinetown on Saturday to make a purchase. I was given the incorrect order and only made the discovery once I got home. After a very frustrating number of telephone calls to the branch and about one hour, we finally got our correct order delivered to our home however it was cold and unsatisfactory to eat and had to be discarded. I really have a soft spot for Mochachos however I will now think twice before deciding to order food from there again. My order number was 254 and purchased on Saturday, 02 March 2019 at around 10h00. My main frustration however was the incompetence of the person who was fielding the call.
