Bad service from Mochachos Centurion Mall

Good day, my colleagues and I ordered our lunch via Ubereats today at 11:30. We waited for more than 2 hours, when we tried to call Mochachos they answered our call and kept on hold for a long until the line disconnected. My colleague tried to call again and the same thing happened . We eventually decided to drive to them (almost 3hours later). We got there our order was still not ready. When we eventually received our food, we rushed back to the office only to find that our order was completely wrong . We so disappointed by the service we got from Mochachos Centurion Mall.
