Bad Service & False Advertising

<p>I went to Mochachos Braamfontein. I observed the whole preparation process of my food and instead of flame grilling the chicken, It came from a bucket full of pre boiled chicken and it was placed in a cup with spices and it was microwaved. When I received my order I question the guy helping me about the preparational methods of my food and he and the lady in the kitchen say to me " Are You taking this meal or not " after that statement I requested to see the manager who took about 30-40 minutes to come downstairs to meet me. He denied the allegations I had on their food, I told him I could see their flame grill stoves were off & that my chicken came from a bucket, still looking at the back & I requested that he bring the bucket, I then saw him try to remove the boiled chicken from the bucket after he & his staff told me what I'm seeing is not the truth because they're grilling everything, after a long back and forth with the manager and staff they demanded we leave and that they want to go home, they want to close, it was then one staff member admitted to me their preparations methods were wrong and that she would like to redo the meal for me.</p>
