Bad service Carnival Mochachos

Dont bother evan going to Carnival Mochachos. Went there with the family. Asked for table for four. After been seated we waited for some one to come and assist. After 10 minutes still no one. I can understand if they were busy, there was hardly any on. We stood up and walk out. Funny by the door the one waiter were thanking us, with all the waiters having a chat and laugh. I told him ther is nothing to thank me for, as there was no service. They all look confused. Wonder why?
