Bad service at Mochachos

I would like to highlight the bad service experience at the shop. I wanted to buy family feast with wedges then I was told they don't sell wedges because nobody buys them which I understand but the manager must pay for headoffice to remove it on the menu so that we are aware of that. Then I decided to buy full chicken only and the flavor must be lemon and herb when I got to my house the flavour was something red nothing like lemon and herb. Their service is pathetic and I will never go and buy there again.
