BAD SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

I ordered full chicken from mochachos in parrow centre the order was delivered to me via Mr Delivery, the chicken which was delivered was not even what i ordered , 5 breasts and 3 wings were delivered but my order was a full chicken with lemon and her, this was unprofessional and childish, from the chicken you could tell that these were pieces of chicken that had been kept for a while and whoever was preparing the food took and advantage of this because it was a delivery order. The worst happened when I called the store and asked for the manager I spoke to the manager and he said he will prepare the chicken and it should be ready within 30 minutes I went to go and collect my chicken at the store and only to get there and the store is closed. The manager of the store knew that the store will be closing soon and did not inform me nor say that at the moment the store is about to close therefore my query can only be attended to the following day.
