Bad service

My hubby and i recently moved to Alberton.. we were so used to the amazing food and service we received fom Mochachos Meyerton that we tried the Brackenhurst branch.. and I am sad to say it seems to be a struggle everytime.. we always order the same thing but never het a consistent order out.. food takes more than an hour to prepare aswell. In general the food is not bad but the service and preparation leaves toom for MAJOR IMPROVEMENT
