BAD SERVICE

good day<br> <br> I went to Machachos on Friday the 18th of December to order some take away, we arrived round about 08:50 and saw on the doors they open Fridays from 09:00 we then waited, the staff opened the door at 09:02 so we waited until 09:07 when we then went to do the order, the staff said they will not assist until 10:00 when they open. I then asked why is the time on the doors different on which they just laughed and said they will not assist until 10:00, I then told them I will report them to their head office, I phoned their head office and spoke to Lusinda, she said the owner of the branch(Kennith) is already on leave she will let Paul phone me, I have not received any outcome on this matter after I sent the head office a email on 21 December and still not a word.<br> <br> regards
