Bad Service

Yesterday around 5pm I placed an order with Allen telephonically and advised I will pick up, when my husband, myself and son got to the shop I told my husband to check is the food is what we ordered, When my husband spoke to Allen to check if the order is correct, he instead turned to my husband and said you always giving me your **** and pulled the order from my husband and told him to leave his shop and don't come back and if he does he will not help him, this was disgusting services as we have always been buying Mochachos (Waterfall) for a very long time and this is the treatment we received, thanks for nothing and what happen to customer service when we asked for the owners details he refused to provide the details so we called the shop and spoke to Allen again who cut the call on my husband. <br> <br> Not a happy customers and will taking to all social networks on this service received, after all we are paying customers
