Bad service

We ordered at around 11.30pm and received the food at around 12.30pm but was short one large chips. We phoned straight away to let them know we were charged for the chips but nothing was in the packet. We ordered around R450 worth of food and even gave the driver a R35 tip. But at around 2pm still no chips in sight. Eventually after 5 phone calls we spoke to Alex (the manager?) and requested our money back. We work at a pharmacy just down the road, so there is really no excuse. Even though we really enjoyed the food we won’t order from you guys again.
