bad service

<p>i placed my order at the till and paid for my meal the payment went off at about 1225 then the owner or manager comes around and aske me the order number and changes the time on the the slip i was in a conversation with a friend didnt notice that but they were taking too long to bring my meal out. A group of muslims come in store about the same time and this person who altered our slip informed them food wil take about 20 mins, i looked at my watch and saw the time 13 10 and went to the counter and complaint and at that time only part of the order was sent out of the kitchen , i cancelled my order and got a refund. i have never experienced this in this franchise before but its not ethical business praction to make a customer almost an hour for his order</p>
