bad quality food

Firstly I'm a very loyal customer of the mochachos melville branch as my colleagues and I order on a weekly basis as we work at the hospital nearby. Of late we've noticed how terrible the quality of the food has become. E.g the salad we ordered was soaked and I kid you not in 2cm of water and there's never salad dressing given . The chips are always burnt and tasted stale. The chicken strips were soggy . This is not the type of food to give customers especially as a franchise. On top of that the person taking the order not once but every single time gets it wrong, the driver claims to NEVER have change and there's no cutlery for certain meals . I honestly feel the manager needs to have a look at his franchise and sort things out asap. His staff seem to be running it to the ground with their lack of interest .
