Bad food quality and customer services

On 13-11-2021.. I went to the new mochahos store Taung mall ( North West) where I was served a spoiled meal.. I bought a family fiesta meal that we ate to only find out the following day that is spoiled from the left overs that we had the day after..as my family suffered from diarrhoea the following day

I went to the store to submit a complaint and I was told that it was my fault as I didn’t handle the meal correctly hence it was spoiled.. apparently there are instructions on how meals should be handled that is not even in their packaging

I waited for an hour before I could leave the store to be offered a new meal and no one was willing to help me
