Bad food quality

I called the store at Trade route mall Lenasia at 6pm for a delivery order and was told it will take 1 to 1 and a half hours for delivery which was i agreed to, Delivery time was a few minutes out but nothing major, Once the food arrived i paid i took it inside, once i opened up the bag and took out the food it was ice cold, the chicken was raw inside and the burgers were extremely soggy like making the rolls fall apart from under, also there very little garnish inside and they chips were over cooked. really disappointed with the quality of food that came out from the store.
