Bad food from Mochachos

Today I bought takeaways from the Mochachos Westgate branch but by the time I drove home and we opened the package the chicken was completely tasteless dried no sauce at all and burnt I am so unhappy with the service that I have received and the food that I have received because already that it is so expensive to buy this chicken and to get chicken like this was unexpected I am a Mochachos fan and I've never had complaints about any other branches but just the Westgate branch it's a waste of time and money absolutely pathetic very unhappy customer!!!
