Bad food, don't care attitude.

<br> I would like to take the time to complain about the terrible attitude at Mochachos Midrand...Perhaps because they stay busy they feel no need to treat customers fairly or hear customer requests of feedback.<br> <br> I have never been fully happy with their food. Allens attitude is a fast talk,get the customer off the phone attitude which is downright rude and frustrating for me. They can check their system,I support them all the time. Sometimes the chicken is burnt. That branch blatantly ignores complains and they just don't care. They make other branches look bad And I really feel that midrand branch can be handled far better. The \we don't care"attitude needs to stop. <br> <br> I am not the only one at my company supporting"
