Bad food and bad service

<p>On Sa****ay my boyfriend and I went to mochachos chicken fiesta in gateway and the service was terrible firstly they were only giving us take always we could not sit there and eat, secondly we had to wait 40 minutes for our food and when it got to us it was cold and dry so we told the cashier to sort it out, she then sent me to the kitchen and said I should tell the person in charge of making my food to sort it out because she is not in charge of making my food, I explained to the kitchen staff that my chicken pita was dry and cold and that they should put some hot sauce into the pita, unsteady they put a huge amount of mayonnaise so much that we couldn't even eat the meal it was like eating mayonnaise on its own and the food was still cold, we payed a lot of money for that meal to be served cold chips and a dry pita... Who ever owns this store even the one on north beach should just close it down because the food and service is terrible!!!</p>
