Bad food and bad service

We called for approximately 45 minutes trying to get through on the line. We finally have our call answered only to be put on hold and ignored for 10 minutes.<br> <br> When we finally got to order the food was terrible - an over cooked burnt piece of chicken and cold chips and one of our order not even delivered.<br> <br> Shocking service all round - wont be ordering from them ever again and we are a large office. On top of this we are still waiting 1 hour later for the order to be rectified.
