bad customers service

I called mochachos in polokwane at 13:30 to make an order...at about 14:30 I called again to check if my order is out and on its way for delivery so the lady I spoke to told me it's out and no one came..so at 15:00 when I called again they say the driver was lost on the process of giving them the direction to where I was I spoke to the lady I charge and she said they sorry during that conversations I was told to direct the driver and driver said he is going to deliver food out of town first before they come to me and I asked him if that's possible he gave me VERY BAD ATTITUDE IN FRONT OF HIS MANAGER USING VALGER WORDS AND END ED UP HANGING UP THE PHONE ON ME..
