Bad attitude

I called to place an order,delivery at mochachos flamewood Klerksdorp cashier name Mpho,I have to repeat my order 4 times while taking down my details she hung up,called back 3times the calls went answered finally someone picks up the phone.I asked for the manager Patricia if am not mistake did not apologize or care all she did was confirm my order...**** service from management to floor employees...
