Bad and very poor service

I'm having a very bad experience at mochachos kroonstad shell ultra city where by it took almost an hour for me to receive my food in a sit down order the last after having to personlally pick my food up i am not given utensils or side plates and no one is attending to us or is bothered as to what is happening to us
