AWFUL EXPERIENCE, UNPROFFESIONAL WITH RUDE STAFF.

Worst possible service ever. Ordered through UBER eats and waited one and a half hours. I called the restaurant and the manager "Blessing" took the line. I was told to come and collect my food as it had been delivered to the wrong address and was returned by that person back to the shop. Never mind the fact that the food would be uNedible and had been handled by another person. The manager was persistent even when I explained our car was in for service and therefore couldn't come and collect the food that's why we had used UBER. I enquired about a refund and was told to call UBER shortly before the phone was put down by the manager. So it appears UBER is now the official owner of Mochachos and receive all their payments. Looks like there is no refund coming my way and all I got was an unsympathetic manager continuosly telling me to fetch my food returned to the shop by a stranger.

I am not one to shame any business but this is one time that I will post this incident on every social media portal. Next is Hello Peter.
