Appauling management service at Mochachos Sunninghill

I've always gone to Mochachos in Sunninghill and the service has always been great. Today I ordered my usual Rice with Chicken pieces and to my disappointment the Rice was totally off from the moment you open it. I called but the line was busy then drove there. The manager took my meal went to the back, I was asked by the cashier if I wanted another meal I said No, I was given my money back, no explanation and apology and the manager went to the back office.
