Angry staff, 1 hour wait for food

Mochachos GREENSTONE, we ordered lunch at 14h15, cashier said 15-20 mins wait. got our order 15h13, this past Sunday. After enquiring why the long wait, why people 4 orders that was have chit chats with the kitchen staff that came in after us but got their meals before us, we were told they are busy. Food was cold, no taste, chips cold and dried. We asked for a few serviettes and salt and waitress forgot about us. I was so scared to ask for these things, staff looks very ****ed if and unapproachable. I asked for hot and got mild meals.ZERO customer service. Pls replace your staff with robots.
