Almost 1 hour wait at Mochachos beach front

I placed my order with the cashier at 19:06, that's the time that was printed on the till slip. The cashier mentioned that the food will take approx. 20 min. I recieved my order at 20:01. This is the worst service I recieved ever. There were only 3 staff including the cashier whilst there were over 5 frustrated customers in the cue waiting to place orders and 5 in the cue waiting to fetch orders. With no air conditioning or fans on and we obviously using masks, that doesnt ease our long wait. I just wanna say I will never visit that particular branch of mochachos ever again
