abusive person

Hi everyone want to give you’ll a heads up as to a guy by the name of Shabier who owns (no slur to the brand) Mochachos in Emmarentia on Greenhill road. 3 weeks ago on Wednesday his biker almost hit my car and when I asked him if he saw me, he then proceeded to swear me and showed me the zap sign. I then went to the shop to ask for the owner, who was not available, but was given Sumaya’s cell number. I tried calling but could not get hold of her. I left my name and number so that she could call back. She did not call back. The next day I called back and spoke to her. Her answer to me: was to tell me “what do you want me to do, swear, **** him what must I do”. To which I said to discipline him. She then went on to say that he does not work for her and is on contract. I then said it seems like you don’t know what to do, therefore, I shall call head office so that they may take correct action. Later that day I get a call from her husband Shabeir. He was extremely rude to me when he spoke to me, he did not think that I am a woman, or that we are both muslim or I am a customer or that I may be older then him. Absolutely no respect at all. He then started off being rude and as soon as he used the F word I cut the call. He then tried to call me 9 times , which I let ring as I would not speak to someone who does not have basic etiquette or respect for others. The call went into voice and he left a really despicable and vulgar message. It made me sick to the core. This type of abuse needs to stop when these types of men feel they can intimidate us and that we would be too frightened to stand up for ourselves. However head office did try to intervene in their own way. Without any help. They told him that this is not appropriate behaviour. I was told by them that the man apologised to them, and he wishes to give me a chicken. He has not apologised to me and I would not accept this chicken as an apology as I wish to hear the words from his mouth. It seems like that he feels he can get away by giving me a chicken for his improper behavior. Sick to my core as to his abuse. I have a clip as to how abusively he spoke to me, cannot upload it here.
