Absolutely terrible service!

<p>On the 31st March 2017, I ordered food from Mochachos in Polokwane CBD. A simple request for 2 sandwiches and a portion of chips could not be fulfilled, not only did it take ages for the food to come but my chips were not included. I also asked them to send the card machine but they failed to include that. I called back for my chips and for them to send the card machine, the lady there asked me to pretend that the chips were never included in the first place as mentioning the omission to the manager would cause trouble for her. I waited the whole day but nothing was sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today (07/04/2017) I ordered again, this time at 8:29am as I wanted breakfast delivered. I had to call 4 times to check where is my food as they failed to communicate the delays they were experiencing. It's 2 hours later and still no food. The lady I had spoken to asked me to wait an additional 20 minutes which is pathetic. Their service is putrid and inefficient and I will never deal with them again!! </p>
