Absolutely Poor Service - Mochachos Bracken City

Ordered a meal from them via Mr D Food, delivery was done. Upon me opening my meal to sit down and enjoy... The chicken is literally burnt taste burnt and is like rubber... I called the store and all the supervisor can say speak to MrD, the person I spoke to absolutely rude and have no way of dealing with customers and the issues brought forward to them... This is really not the first time I have an issue with the quality of food from this store, but I always of the belief tht they will improve, today's issues was the cherry on the top for me... Mochachos Bracken City... I can't be the only person having an issue, I will be going the next step now for me and rate you on Google... Look out for my rating and comments coming soon...
