A order we looked forward enjoying turned out to be an Appalling Lunch Break!

<p>For a loyal Customer to Mochachos, We've never been so disappointed in our lives when it comes to a well decent Resturant that we order our food from. Today at 1:17pm i placed an order for my friend and I and also asked that it should be delivered as always. The lady helped me out nicely, gave me the total amount and said it will be here within 15-20mins.... i called at 14:33pm and she said the driver hasn't collected the food yet and they can't get a hold of him. Although i was angry as hell, we understood that sloppy excuses and besides the weather was also abit of a problem but they could've at least called and let us know of the delay instead of me wondering where's the food at, i had to do follow up myself!! But they have my number and know us very well. At 14.55pm they called back asking if the driver should still deliver the food?! My lunch is only an Hour (1hr) would i really want my food if i waited that long? That's *******.. We've lost appetite already! Is that how Mochachos take care of thier Customers??? Devastating and poor Customer Service we experienced today and Never Again will we order from them. </p>
