Fast Food Without the Fast

Absolutely shocking service at Mochachos New Redruth.

We waited nearly 50 minutes for our order while the staff appeared completely unbothered. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and very little professionalism on display.

Delays happen, but customers shouldn’t feel like their time means nothing. The lack of care and customer service was more disappointing than the wait itself.

Management needs to take a hard look at the standards at this branch. I won’t be rushing back.
