Bad Customer Service

I ordered two steak shawarmas at Mochachos Mall at Carnival on the evening of 8th July 2025, upon arrival at home (about 12km from the restaurant), I realized that one of shawarma had the wrong sauce on it (Peri Mayo instead of sweet chilli). I contacted the store immediately upon realizing this, registered the complaint with one of the staff members who then reffered me to the manager by the name of Thandeka. I then contacted Thandeka who asked for pictures of the order which I then sent to her via WhatsApp, at which point she confirmed that indeed the order was incorrectly done and that the store would deliver to my address the correct order today (9 July 2025) at 17h00. When the time to deliver came I contacted the restaurant to find out what time I would be receiving the order only to be told that they won't be delivering it today without offering any valid reason whatsoever. The conduct of the staff including the management is disappointing and detrimental to the image of the brand as they failed to remedy this situation and I would never recommend this outlet to anyone.
