Poor Service

I always voted for the Mochachos that used to be located inside the East Rand Mall in Boksburg. I heard that the restaurant moved to Dubai Centre. On 5th October, I travelled from Roodepoort to Boksburg with my friend who came from DBN & mother. I took them to have lunch at the Mochachos at Dubai Centre as I thought that the quality of the food & service was just as good as when they were located inside the East Rand Mall. To my surprise the service wasn't good and the chicken was cooked too much that the meat was firmer & dry. I had to ask for plates twice as I ordered a full chicken. The tables are small for 4 people to share a meal. The place wasn't busy and there were a few staff available yet no one came to the table to ask if we needed anything. I was disheartened as my friend & mum were visiting from DBN and I thought that I would treat them to some nice lunch but they weren't satisfied about the food.
