Bad service at Mochachos BP M2 Denver

I placed an order at Mochachos BP M2 Denver last week Tuesday and I was given a wrong order, I only saw it when i get home so I called to enquire about but they didn't bother to take accountability or even bother to follow up as I told them I don't want it and won't be able to make it as they were closing at 21:00
