Bad service

<p>Yesterday at 12:50, I bought 2 pairs of shoes at this store and only to find out that they were busy with stock taking. I questioned one of the employees who was assisting me as to why are they taking stock during business hours.i mentioned it was unreasonable and she tried to explained why .in the middle of our conversation this guy interjected and asked if I said the word unreasonable and my response was yes I did. He then called me a ***** and that I must just buy and **** off the shop. He took pictures of me and when I captured him he got off the counter and grabbed my mobile phone and went out with out whilst swearing. This is is bad. One of the female colleagues called him to order and he said I must buy or he would **** me. This guy's name is Hanna and he was coming from their head office. I then reported the matter to their head office immediately and they promised to call me back to resolve the matter. I have waited since for a call and nothing has happened. This is bad and as a customer it's terrible to be treated like that.</p>
