Do not use Monica Mans for any events

Hi all. Wondering if someone else has had the same experience with this photographer. I paid Monica Mans of Mocca Photography to photograph my daughters 2nd birthday in June 2019. She has never sent the photos through despite being paid in full. She never answers her phone, email, wats app. Please do not use her, your memories you tried to capture will be lost. I don’t want another family to be ****med like I was - please do not use her, here are her details if you ever come across this service provider.
