**** Agency and Agent - Stay Away!

Well so this is a long story. BUT never rent property to or from this agency. We are in the process of reporting them to EAAB. I should have listened to my gut. The agent Kagiso Peaceley Mocumi was always late, and she would always take an uber. She placed tenants that the lady had an SA passport, and she knew them intimately, and assured me that she knows them and that they are good tenants. They move in and I find out, that the lady on the lease agreement is a no one, and doesnt live there. It was a mission to evict them without any help of this agent. Then the agent wouldnt return / answer my phone calls. BIG ****. Stay away from this agent. They used one of the rooms as a mooti room. Come on this is a suburban house. in Fourways!! We paid the agent and she really ****med us. Stay away from this agency.
