Survey Completed no Payment !!!!

I signed up for Mobrog a while back to earn some extra cash by doing surveys . I did my first survey today and it was okay but when i was done it said i don't qualify to get paid . I do not understand why ?? is this a reputable site ?? I spent my time answering those questions truthfully only for them not to pay me ?????
