MOBROG SURVEYS NO ANSWER TO WHY I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT.

I have been doing surveys on MOGROG, for some time now and finally got to the $6.25 cash out, But when I now try to log into my account it says my email does not exist, So I sent them an email and filled out their online customer help form, only to get an email asking if I shared my laptop/computer with someone else, Of course, no one else uses my laptop, only me, I am still waiting to be able to log in and claim what is due to me. I am very disappointed in MOBROG as so many others claim this to be a great survey site to make extra money. I feel like I have been ****med of my time and what is due to me. $6.25 may not be a lot, but it's the principle of business ethics and what you promise people when they sign up.

DEFINITELY, A ****. the excuses I am getting now from them is crazy. even after I sent them a copy of my identity proving who I am. They are a bunch of time wasters as when it's time to cash out they will lock you out and say that you have many other user accounts and that others have used your laptop, oh and the last one they tried to say I use used a VPN or whatever that thing is, I am no computer boffin so I don't know what the hell they were talking about, they excuses change from one email to the next. BAD SITE !! it will take you over a year to get to cash out and then they **** you.
