MOBODOCK - Terrible attitude from Blaine - Pathetic Customer Service!

Mobodock is an online distributor of power docks and whilst liaising with Blaine to supply a Powerdock.

Firstly after confirming the order and date of delivery, I was told that I needed to wait an extra day for delivery as the product which in turn caused my builders to be put on hold. After explaining to her that we need to proceed with the original date as agreed, she rudely stated that I should still put my builders on hold and its not her problem.

After expressing that I was uhappy with her response, she goes on to say that she will cancel my order and that I should shop elsewhere. (Is this what businesses are doing these days?)

I would rather pay the additional fee and obtain a product from someone who offers a better customer experience!
