Please Assist

I'm not sure if it's the lockdown or what but I've been completing surveys and my balance is not updating also I have redeemed my points and 4 days later still nothing no recharge to my account. I have sent numerous emails and still not feedback. It's really disappointing because I truly enjoy doing surveys for Mobiworkx. Please assist
