Money not recieved

You fill in so many questions then they say you don't qualify to answer the survey, also I had $5 in my account I tranferredvit to PayPal and it disappeared, PayPal told me its mobiworx that took the money back, I e-mailed mobiworx almost 2 months ago but no reply.
