Bad service

I have redeemed R60 airtime from my points since the 15/11/2019 with the promise of getting it in ten working days which happened to be #blackfriday but i emailed mobiworkx who then sent me to check the frequently asked questions which i don't even understand how that is supposed to help me, till today im still waiting for my airtime, this is dissappointing really since in order to earn those points one must take part in surveys and we use data to take part in surveys.
