Bad service

Dissatisfied about this people that keep on harrasing me, since I requested that they must take the rooter back. My request was in the window period. After handing me over, I did explainthe laywers, so they requested me to forward an affadavit. Now they telling me that the client say's, I received data for the wifi rooter. But if they can look on their side that I've never made use of the data.and the instrument in my possesion is still new. Now they wont stop harrasing me.
