I purchased an iPhone 11 pre-owned from Mobitronix and I received it,it was beautiful but unfortunately from day one it did not have network and thought maybe it’s my location on the other side the battery the battery was not original it could not charge to full capacity,it only charged to 1% and once you removed it from the charger it would go off. I contacted them for return and it was returned then i was given another iPhone 11 which had a battery problem and screen. The phone screen would go darker and the battery would charge to full capacity after fully charged to 100% it would start decreasing from 100% until it goes off within second. I requested to return it for refund and they asked for a last chance which I refused. The phone was returned to them and after they received it they told me they detected liquid on the phone so unfortunately they can’t refund me. The liquid that I don’t know about just because I requested a refund. They send back the phone to me which is not working .

I was so happy, I purchased an iPhone through Takealot, but Mobitronics was the provider. It said 'Pristine iPhone like New' - and it arrived and yes, it did look Pristine (not a single scratch or mark - I was so happy), but after one day of charging and the next day half way into the day, my battery was at 24%. This cannot be, as I charged it the previous evening. So, I went to the battery health under General Settings and it this battery was at 83% (now remember you cannot sell an iPhone that is under 83% as a 'Pristine like New phone' - I mean, legally, it says on their agreement, they cannot sell a 2nd hand phone that has a battery health of under 83% - so they sold me one on the actual cusp of the health. After 2 months (and I do not use my phone a lot at all (I am 42 and I don't even go onto Facebook) - I use it for WhatsApp, the camera occasionally and sometimes a call. My battery health AFTER TWO MONTHS of purchasing it was at 79% - it went down 4% in 2 months. Now, I have to charge my iPhone every single day, sometimes, twice a day (I have a wireless charger I have to carry around with me at all times). I wrote to them and they told me, as I purchased it 'through' Takealot, it's their issue - that's such *******, as it's their terrible battery. Anyway, I contacted Takealot, at least 20 time, and no response, nada, nothing. So, I've left a review on Takealot, but I will leave a review here because at some point you HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for what you did. You wrote 'Pristine iPhone like New' - knowing the battery was already almost a goner. It's unacceptable and for that, I will now go and do all the platform reviews (Google, Facebook, yelp etc) everywhere, so people can know how you operate.
