R 40 000 order paid for and not delivered

I ordered five woodworking machines from Selwyn Lloyd and his company Mobitech after communicating per email and telephone. The agreed price of R 37 150 was paid to Selwyn's bank account and agreed delivery in one to two weeks. Later arrangements supposedly confirmed delivery for 06/08/2015 after paying on 18/07/2015. Needless to say closer to the time I was not able to reach him at all (nor have I been able to since) and my equipment has not been delivered. Sewlyn used a well known large company in CPT as reference (Rutherford who's employees have been VERY helpful and is very unfortunate to be included in this due to Selwyn's doing). They have also not heard from Selwyn. Mobitech has since posted new adds on Gumtree using the same contact details but is not returning any calls or emails or any other form of communication. Recommend to avoid business with Mobitechsa and Selwyn Lloyd. Selwyn I urge you to respond to this so the issue can be resolved.
