Mobisystems OfficeSuite faulty

I want to report the absolutely appalling service from Mobisytems, a software distributor used by MTN as part of their PC packages on offer. I got my PC on 9 November 2019 and activated my PC and loaded the accompanying software, one of which was Mobisytems' "OfficeSuite" on the PC. I have experienced problems with the installation of this program from the start due to activation issues. During the months following up until May 2020, I have had several software "update" failures and subsequently decided to buy Microsoft Office 365 instead and installed it on the PC. On 28 May 2020, I have lodged an online inquiry (Ref. Nr OAS 34523) with "screen snapshots" as proof, as I could not manage to uninstall the OfficeSuite (taking up a whopping 602MB of disc space on my PC's hard drive) from Mobisystems successfully. At Mobisoft's request, I have sent the required "App-version" and my device details to try and resolve the uninstall error received. On 29 May, I have received the "Uninstall" steps (Ref. Nr 5472) to follow which was unsuccessful. After a few unsuccessful attempts to uninstall the software, I have sent an email on 2 June with "screen snapshots" of error messages in response to their email received. On 3 June, I have received and responded to an email request from Mobisystems to have my account deleted, reasoning it would ease the "uninstall" process. I have once again tried to uninstall the software from the PC on 3 June and in a follow-up email, I have once again forwarded the "error" messages received in trying to uninstall. On 4 June, Mobisystems sent two emails, one containing other steps to follow in order to uninstall their program (to no avail) and the other requesting the "bit" configuration of my PC and I have responded on both these matters in an email on 8 June. On 9 June, I have received an email requesting information on the "About" tab and rep**** to the request in an email sent on 11 June. In response to the above information, I have received another email on 17 June, with a Zip folder containing a "bat" file to run on the PC. Running the "bat" file supp****, another copy of OfficeSuite got installed on my PC, which I have managed to uninstall without any issues, however, the "faulty" copy on my PC would still not uninstall, not even after running their "solution". This scenario has been communicated with an email (screen snapshots included) from me on 22 June. My son, who happens to be quite capable in this field has also tried to uninstall the software without any success. Another attempt to have the software uninstalled directed me to my Microsoft Office software to uninstall which was rather upsetting and ********* and has been reported as such to Mobisoft. I have received another "uninstall" link from Mobisoft on 25 June which also did not succeed in removing the software. On 26 June, I have yet again vented my frustration in an email on steps followed and attached all screen snapshots on error messages. On 7 July, Mobisoft sent another email (Ref. Nr 5876) with an Uninstall zip file to run, also without any success. Having been unsuccessful in uninstalling the software after numerous efforts, I have requested contact details for any frontline office or representatives for Mobisystems locally by email on 9 July. Sadly, this request has been ignored by Mobisoft, and instead, they have asked me, by email on 10 July, once again for details of the error message received after being supp**** with the same error report without end. The error code has been sent on 11 July and to date, no further correspondence has been exchanged. Mobisystems seems to be non-caring and or unable or unwilling to have their poor software removed from my device, backed-up by poor service. It is like having a virus that you can not get rid of by any other method as wiping your PC by formatting your hard drive and reinstall your software. It is disappointing that companies like MTN and some retailers use software companies that market and distribute software that does not live up to the expected standard associated with their organisations. I would strongly discourage anyone from investing in Mobisystems' software unless this matter can be resolved to my satisfaction.
